Wood Inlay Boxes
We use tiny pieces of wood to create the designs in these boxes. Some of
the boxes have over 500 different pieces in the lids. We cut each piece of
wood one at a time then put them together to make the different designs.
The colors are all the natural colors of different wood species. We glue each
lid one at a time, sand them smooth, them finish them with a thin coat of clear
lacquer. We finish the box sides with oil the buff the entire box to a
smooth luster with wax.
Every box is handmade in the USA.
