VERTICAL BOOKCASE
Jackie wanted a small bookcase for her office. I combined maple and koa for contrasting woods. I attached to sides to the top and bottom with 5 small hand cut dovetails. I securely attached the shelves to the side with an invisible joint. The back is frame and panel construction. The bookcase is light weight and easy to move around, yet strong enough to hold her heavy medical books. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
